The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for performing all assigned tasks related to the processing of new hires and ensuring efficient completion of pre-employment requirements needed for work readiness. The primary purpose of this role is to work with the Licensing & Onboarding Manager to coordinate the onboarding and orientation of employees hired across ONE.
